Winchester District Charge Documents 2012

 

These forms are provided for the District charges and churches to provide information required by the Winchester District for the fall charge conferences. They are protected documents and only the shaded fields are available to receive information. It is suggested that you download/save the documents to your computer once you have opened them, then enter the required information. Once complete you can eitheremail it to the Winchester District offie, or print the completed document and mail it.
