District Superintendent
Rev. David Forrest is our Distict Superintendent. David, his wife Nancy and son Robby reside at the District Parsonge in Winchester. David came to our District from the Main Steet UM Church in Bedford, VA. Nancy, a registered Nurse works at the Winchester Medical Center while Robby attend Handley High School. Administrative Assistant
Mrs. Sheryl I. Pifer is our Administrative Assistant. Sheryl and husband Larry reside in Toms Brook, VA. They have two grown sons, Owen (and wife Valerie) and Aaron, three grandchildren, Alyssa, Jordon and Miles, a Golden Retriever, and three cats. Financial Administrator
Mrs. Melanie Melester is our Financial Administrator takes care of the financial needs of the office. She keeps our books in order while assisting the District Superintendent and all of the clergy and laity when they come into the office.
